HOW DOES CANDIDATE INTRODUCTION/PLACEMENT WORK?

 

A placement is the introduction of a talented candidate resulting in a
successful hire. A fee is assessed only if the candidate introduced is
hired. IN2 HR & Talent introduces executive-level professionals for
placement on a very selective basis. We focus our efforts on sourcing the
right candidate for you. We also connect you to our diverse pool of top
tier executives that we have developed through networking and current
relationships.
 
HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?

 

Each project begins with a discovery meeting. In this important meeting,
it is essential for us to learn about your company culture, vision, and the
position you are looking to fill. We will also want to learn the unique
challenges associated with that role.

 

Once we have the relevant information for the search, the IN2 HR & Talent
team convenes to develop a customized strategy based on your

company's needs. The next step is to tap into our extensive professional
network and begin our strategic sourcing and selection process to
identify your perfect candidate.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE WE CAN EXPECT TO SEE QUALIFIED
CANDIDATES?

 

In most cases, candidates are presented within the first two weeks after
a contract is signed with IN2 HR & Talent. Collaboratively, we develop a
customized plan of deliverables including a timeline for interviews and a
method of communication.
